Our mission at Aloha Estimating.com is to provide high-quality bid coordination that make our users' lives easier and more efficient. We charge $300 for initial cost analysis and bill of material, upon award of the project we charge 2.5% of your projects gross profit margin

You can either provide us with a project you are interested in bidding or we can search out high profit projects for you in your local area. Upon selection of the project we will contact the GC to weigh out the probability of award and risk of the job. 

After stripping the plans of every fitting and pipe we then fixture price with local vendors for the most accurate expense report for the selected project. Upon completion you will be provided with a cost analysis of the projects expense, labor and profit margin. Upon request we can provide further bid coordination and submit a package on your behalf to the general contractor.
